I paid Veronica (the owner) $405 (move out clean +carpet washing) for her and her crew to clean an empty house. I had just purchased the house and was moving from hours away and couldn't get there to clean before move in. She promised me that the house was "immaculate" and that I would be so pleased with how clean it was now. They didn't clean anything!!!! I had to spend hours and hours cleaning with my one year old and elderly mother before we could move anything in because the place was still so filthy. I think they came in sprayed some bleach, took photos to prove they were there and left. List of disgusting items I had to re-clean: floors, baseboards, entire kitchen inside and out, all the ceiling fans and light fixtures, bathroom vanities and tubs inside and out, windows and sills and blinds, walls....I could keep going. Look at the photos and you'll see her idea of "immaculate." I don't trust that she did the carpet washing either because less than 24 hours later they didn't feel damp at all. After sending her my complete dismay at their quality of work she wouldn't refund me a dime but offered two free cleanings. If I could give this company 0 stars I would! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN! She has FAKE reviews on google and her website! This woman is a SCAM artist! I had hired her to clean my home I just bought before I even moved in from out of state. (I closed on the house 6/8/20 and she was scheduled to clean for me 7/2/20-my house was vacant for a month) I had hired her to clean my entire home top to bottom and carpet scrub. She told me it would cost $850 and made me pay right away because she "had to get the supplies." (that was my first mistake). Veronica was supposed to show up to the house at 10:30am. Her and her cleaning crew showed up at 1:30pm! Then, she was calling me at 4:00pm already asking for more money than I paid her! I wasn't in state yet, so I had my aunt who lives nearby show up to the house at 4:15pm to see what was going on, and NOTHING had been done! Her and her cleaning crew went through my boxes I had shipped to the house after they were specifically told to work around them. There were cigarette butts all over my driveway/lawn. She accused me of fleas biting her (but there were absolutely NO fleas in that house because it had been vacant for over a month)! The house looked WORSE than it did before her "crew" arrived! As soon as I got to Florida, I went to the Columbia County sheriffs department and filed a report against her. The Sheriffs Dept. told me she has a criminal history, and that every time they entered her personal home it was infested with FLEAS! This woman not only STOLE $850 from me, but brought fleas into my new home, and went through boxes I had shipped to the house probably looking for drugs!
