If you're busy, better look elsewhere. Nice people, but not business savvy. Mediocre job, but they're cheap, nearby and quick. They only take cash or checks, no cards. The owner called me saying that my check had bounced and "collections" (??? language barrier). After 2 hrs calling the bank and checking statements, the check was cashed with money deposited into their account from mine 3 days earlier. They should have called their bank prior to calling their customer. They were courteous, but they blamed other employees for the mistake, sent a text apology (no phone call if you don't owe money) and offered no compensation in any way. I'm a grad student. If you're busy, go elsewhere. read more

This place is awesome and super fast. I came on a Sunday and there was literally nobody there. The owner was so nice and will check your clothes for you. The location is a bit old and the space is pretty small, but seriously, who cares when u can have all you're laundry done in like 1hr to an hour and a half. I know, I know it's a bit more pricey but it's worth it and so is your time I will definitely be coming here again! This was our first time using a wash, fold, and dry service and we were pleasantly impressed! We are new to the area and our washer and dryer have not yet been delivered, so we decided to try out a new service. Our clothes were returned in pristine condition, some folded and some on hangers, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location. We will probably use this service again (even when our washer/dryer arrive) for convenience, for example a trip coming up and we are extremely busy. read more

Ignore the other review about being able to wash a king-size comforter. Drove all the way here and my comforter was over 6lbs so the gentleman told me I couldn't use the washer. Very nice guy and I'm sure it's fine for other laundry, but big jobs should look elsewhere. read more

Clean laundry facility, with friendly staff. Whenever I have them dry cleaned or fold laundry, they always finish in due time. Lately they have been very busy, so it has been taking About 3 to 4 days for clothes to be washed. The prices are really reasonable, and I have had no problems with my clothes from their washer machines or dryers. read more

I just went to them yesterday. Although the machines were a little expensive the service was great. The owner explained which machines were best for which loads. She helped with whatever I needed and even stayed after closing time to help dry and fold. While I was there many people dropped off their loads or pick up loads and seemed happy with the result. The one negative is that they only accept cash or check. read more

Have been using them for years and they are always super quick. Yesterday they mixed up 2-3 items from a very large batch of mine. When I went back today they were able to find the clothes immediately, and then the owner and another employee both called me afterwards apologizing for the inconvenience. It really showed their integrity and care for customers. Good people, good quality, quick service. Will definitely keep going back. Note: I think they send their dry cleaning elsewhere, so that takes a bit longer, but no major complaints. read more

I have used this place several times while I have been on business here. I just have usually about 19lbs of clothes (one pop up hamper full) and they do a pretty good job. I drop my clothes off in the afternoon, and they are ready when I get off work...all my clothes clean and nicely folded in my hamper. The only complaint I have (and why I took away a star) is that the last time I went, when I got home, I noticed that several items of clothing in the middle of the basket were still quite damp. I ended up having to hang my clothes all over my hotel room to let them finish drying before I put them away which was a little annoying. I will mention this to them the next time I take clothes in...but if you don't want to do your laundry yourself...this place is convenient and the price is good. read more

Service was exceptional. I used the laundromat and had to leave for a little bit and the owner put my clothes in the dryer for me.

I was squawked at by a woman after apparently choosing the wrong row of washing machines, the staff row, after not being greeted by anyone upon walking in. The capacity of their washing machines is tiny. I walked right back out and did my laundry elsewhere. read more

I only go to a laundromat once a year to wash my king size comforter. There aren't that many places that have a washer big enough and let you wash them yourself. The guy that runs this doesn't speak very good English, but he understood what I wanted and was very helpful and courteous. It cost me $7 to wash and it took 30 minutes. Last laundromat I used it cost me $12 and there was no attendant. He seems to do a big business in people dropping off their laundry. I didn't see one other person doing their own laundry while I was there. read more

This is a good place to drop off your clothes for wash. ITs the cheapest rate in town and they take good care of the clothes the way you want to. I've been going to this place for a while and will cont to as long as I am in gainesvillle. I totally disagree with the previous review, they are not familiar with the area, because the cost of self-wash and dry is the same at all the other laundromats in town...and I disagree the place is not filthy, its the same as any other laundromat, maybe not the cleanest..... The other laundromats in town are much more expensive for wash/fold service, here its only $0.70/lb of clothes if u r student, most others charge at least 80 or 90 c/lb.... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! It's really bad, it's never 3 hours and done, it's tomorrow some time and we wont call you when it's ready, just show up and hope. I dropped stuff off Friday, early, said it couldnt be done that day, OK, tomorrow? Yup. Well I go back the next day and they closed early and i cant get a hold of anyone so I dont get my stuff back until Tuesday apparently. Also my towels smell mildewy like they didnt dry long enough or sat in the washer too long. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT GO to this place especially if you are looking for a coin laundry. It is dirty, the machines are old, the owner is rude and screams at his customers. It is $2 to wash and nothing less than $1.50 will dry even a half a load of laundry. And even then things are still damp. If I had known the area better I would have left immediately and gone somewhere else. There must be a better laundromat than this in Gainesville. I am ASTOUNDED that anyone would bring their laundry to such a place to have them do it for you. The place is FILTHY. read more

If you're looking for a good place to get laundry done for cheap, here's the place. However, very slow dry cleaning services. I'd left my suits and dress shirts for dry cleaning on Friday morning, and I was told it would be ready on Monday. I come back on Monday around 3:00 P.M. and I was told to return at 5:00 P.M. When I returned at 5:00 P.M., my suits and shirts still were not ready, and they told me to come back in the morning, which is when I needed my clothes by. Usually very impressed with their laundry services, but dry cleaning isn't exactly their forte. read more

Amazing and quick service! I came in from out of town, and they were able to launder my clothes in less than 3 hours, and they came out beautifully (on hangers which were easy to transfer into my car). A+ !! read more
