First thing to know is that Mohamad ( Moey ) Hassan does not have a builders license, if only i had done my research before i agreed to $40k worth of work. Started work in June to redo a laundry, bathroom, kitchen bench and splashback as well as move a wall to incease a bedroom. Consistantly failed to arrive on time, failed to return phone calls and was full of excuses and apologies when finally contacted. Eventually done the laundry to about 80% completion ( Still don't have cupboard doors). The kitchen bench and splashback were re done but the telophone point is still not fitted to the wall and window frames were ripped off but never replaced. The bathroom was demolished and the wall half built, leaving my family with no shower or bath for 3 months. Mohamad than advised he was broke and could not finish the job, even though he had been paid in full for the job as per our agreed terms.
