Great hostel was really happy here, good family feel and was real easy to meet people here which…read moremeans a lot when you travel on your own. best location for me as was 5 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from the bars right in the middle of town on the main street and was like 10 minutes walk to the tower. amazing nice hosts and free stuff like wifi, tea, coffee and pool table. My wife and I stayed here for only 1 night. This was by far the best customer service we have…read moreexperienced in our entire 2 week stay in various parts of Italy. The gentleman at the front desk, Albion, made sure we were content with everything we needed. When we first arrived, he asked what name the reservation was under and I mistakenly gave him my name. He could not find the reservation, but insisted he would make sure we were taken care of. He found the reservation under my wife's name. The next day we were heading to Milan and needed help finding reservations for a tour to see the last supper. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best tour available and even helped us book it, while also helping with the language barrier. Albion made us feel extremely welcomed and I would definitely come here again.

Oh, the water took 20 min to be brought and the place was totaly empty. We got fooled by a nice patio please don't make the same mistake!
