I looked around online and wound up purchasing the "Purple Surprise Arrangement" ($65 AU) from Lily's Florist and the order was fulfilled by Kathy's Creative Flowers. The arrangement was stunning! I went with the standard size and it looks so full and lush. The card was handwritten, which gave it a much more personal touch. They delivered relatively early in the day, which is a plus too. Now I know who to use for all our special occasions!

I am totally livid right now. I sent flowers to my best friend to celebrate a big achievement of…read morehers. I live in another country so I had to rely on their website photos. I chose their "Floral Fantasy" arrangement that is $150 including delivery. It was meant to be a gorgeous arrangement of roses, hydrangeas, tulips, and orchids. Instead, my friend received roses, banksia, button mums and CARNATIONS. The tulips were especially important to me because they are the recipient's favorite flower. Are you actually serious? $150 and you use CARNATIONS? I was not notified, despite providing an email address, that a much cheaper substitute would be used for three-fourths of the arrangement. I will be pursuing a refund ASAP.
