One of the biggest regrets of my life is hiring this company and trusting the owner, Angel…read morePastrana, with the renovation of our new home. With the exception of the cabinet separation from the wall (which was fixed by a contractor from a different company Angel hired to address some of the issues they caused), the photos I've attached show what our home looks like after final touch ups were completed (we gave them multiple opportunities to correct the issues and finally had to say no more when things kept getting worse). My husband and I spent 6 years renovating our previous home ourselves and used a huge chunk of the proceeds from the sale of that home to pay United for ceiling retexture (popcorn removal), fresh interior paint, kitchen cabinet paint, new countertop/backsplash installation, new light fixture and door handle/hinge installation, and garage floor epoxy installation at the new house. It was a lot of money, but we thought it would be worth it to have professionals fix our new home up before we moved in this time. Unfortunately, our experience was far from professional and turned into a months-long nightmare. On top of extended timelines and shoddy work, the crew broke the gas line to our stove (which, after two weeks of empty promises and a poor attempt to repair - see photo of metal clamp they put on it, we had to hire another company to repair and were never reimbursed) and Angel didn't give the subcontractors they hired to install our kitchen cabinets/countertops their final payment. We found out after the subcontractors showed up at our door threatening to put a lien on our house! At one point, while scrambling to do touch-ups and fix some of the issues his crew/subcontractors caused, Angel laughed about how poorly our kitchen countertops were installed (the one on the island was literally falling off). He also told my husband he just bought a Cybertruck and asked him if he thought it was a bad idea to drive it to job sites. He said he didn't want to give customers the impression that they could get money back from him if his crew screwed up their job!! And, sure enough, the next time he came to our house, he was driving the Cybertruck. So, we got a renovation that looks like a DIY hack job while Angel coasts around in a Cybertruck we helped him buy. And, after months of stress and hours spent going back and forth to try to rectify the situation, all we've received is a $1500 refund for the epoxy floor they never installed (because the floor wasn't even prepped properly). And it took more than two months just to get that. I can only hope this review will convince other people to steer clear and avoid going through the nightmare we have!
