I liked my dogs previous groomer but my dogs were so stressed out when they got home it stressed me out wondering why they were so nervous. To get them groomed they would be gone 4-5 hours sitting in a cage in between other dogs also being groomed. I found Diane the mobile groomer and she was great! She arrived early and took 1 hour for each dog. They were far less stressed following their grooming and I didn't need to leave the house! I recommend Diane, she was great! read more

Thank you Diane for providing outstanding care and grooming for FiFi. She has not looked this good in years. In addition, your timelines is amazing. Prior groomers would require having her caged in their shops all day. That never worked for us. I used Diane for the first time today. She bathed both my labs , shaved one and furminated the other. Both came out beautifully. Diane had a nice way with the pups and they seemed to like her very much. This was so much better then taking them somewhere and leaving them for hours. Both the pups were done in about an hour. Recently had Miss Diane over to groom my 2 chihuahuas, one of which is a pretty cool customer the other is the complete opposite. And he's a little scary. So she informed me that she doesn't do dogs that bite (absolutely understandable) but agreed to give him a shot. When she first came in to my house she met the boys and they immediately showed only love and wagging tails to her. We walked them out, loaded them up, and she went to work. About an hour later they were finished! And so very handsome. Their shave looked so nice and clean, nails were trimmed nicely, and they smelled so good. Best off all, she said my trouble guy did pretty well and I asked her if she'd be willing to do it again and she said of course. A couple hours later I walked outside to hang out with the dogs and I swear to you I have never seen them smile so big! They were so happy and you could tell they felt so good. You could see it on their little faces! Overall service was excellent, she was prompt at getting back to me, and most important she was so patient and loving with my guys. As a groomer Diane is great. As a business woman, awful. I reached out to Diane and left a message on her phone asking if she had any openings to groom two small dogs. She reached out to me through text to let me know she had an opening for 3:30 the next day. I text her a reply that I'd take the one grooming since my Shih Tzu needed a hair cut (mind you his hair was no longer then an 1.5" long. I had her groom him 6 weeks prior and she charged me $55.00 (and that was a quote give over the phone, dog not seen). Now day of the appointment. At 4:30pm she had not show up and I found that odd, so I called her thinking she may have ran over with another client. When she answered the phone she informed me that she had been done for the day at 2pm and did not have anything booked after. I reminded her of our texting conversation, she paused, gasped and said "I'll call you right back" and disconnected with me. I found that strange. Diane quickly called me back and told me she could drive out to groom my dog and sorry about the confusion. No problem, things happen. I figured since she had no other dogs to groom and was only driving out to groom my dog, I asked if she could groom my other dog. She told me she did not have time and that she could only groom one. I found that odd, but figured she had plans and simply did not have the time. I informed her that I had left but someone would be there at the home so she could pick up the dog to groom. I came home just as her mobil van was leaving. I was informed that she had charged me $75.00 to groom my 14 lb. Shih Tzu! and since I had told the individual who was watching my dog while I stepped out to tip Diane, Diane was given a $20.00 tip totaling $95.00!!! I was so upset! I quickly called Diane thinking there was some type of confusion. $95.00 was what I had paid her the previous time to groom TWO DOGS! Diane informed me that she gave my dog a winter cut last time and this time she gave my dog a summer cut and since she cut the hair so short it was considered TWO CUTS! Are you kidding me? She changed the blade on her clippers, so for that simple change out that was an additional $20.00? I have never felt so taken. I think she was upset that she had to come out after she thought her day was done, and thought she'd tack on $20.00 for the inconvenience (that she caused may I add). I will never use her services again. What she did was wrong. If anything she should have given me a discount for the inconvenience of forgetting my appointment. read more

Diane is amazing! I have a senior cat who is approximately 17 years old and just doesn't groom herself the way that she used to and, as such, continually develops mats that I can't keep up with and that pull at her skin. I initially thought I would just have to get her shaved, but Diane came out and spent an hour brushing and combing through her fur and Maggie looked like a new kitty when she was all done. My cat barely made a peep as she was grooming her- you could just tell that Diane knew how to handle her and keep her calm. It was such a great experience for both myself and Maggie and I can't thank Diane enough. I highly HIGHLY recommend her- great with pets (and with people too- we had a great conversation over the hour she was grooming my cat). read more

Diane sent me a reminder, texted because she could come early, was friendly and kind to both me and my dog. Her deshedding treatment made a big difference on our Lab!
