Terrible phone skills…read more I was referred to this company from a kitchen and bathroom remodeler. I called and was asked to go visit their website and then call back if I wanted to move forward. I called back and the person that answered the phone literally refused to let me speak with the person I had spoken with prior. They answered the call unprofessionally and didn't introduce them self or the company then questioned me as to why I was calling. I verified with this person that this was the correct company and that I had spoken to someone recently that asked me to go to the website and they still wouldn't help me get in contact with this person. I felt like this person owed money to someone and was trying to see if I was the collector, it was that strange of a call. I asked this person "who answers their phone like this?" and he replied "we do". Which was funny but totally unprofessional. I then hung up and called the Tub Doctor and they came out the next day and then sent an estimate the next day and did the job 5 days later. This company was very professional and I'll be writing a review for them next.
