Plenty of nature trails on the property and very romantic. The lake is so peaceful and sets a great background to the authentic log cabin they had built sparing no expense. Everything was fantastic: the room was clean and spacious, the scenery was gorgeous, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We probably spent over two hours relaxing in our amazing in-room jacuzzi tub. It was an easy drive to get to their local pub for some cheep beer and bar food, which was exactly what we were looking for on a laid back Sunday night. We look forward to our next visit. read more

We wanted to visit Frankenmuth, MI and were looking for a place to spend a couple nights. What a great B&B! Beautiful log home out in the country by a private lake. The hosts, Theresa and Robert Dove were welcoming, personable and friendly. Their home is clean, comfortable with great amenities for a B&B. The country breakfast was outstanding! Terry puts on a good spread and even asked what we liked so she could plan better for our second morning. We will definitely try to stay here again on future visits to the Frankenmuth area. read more

Beautiful log cabin with clean rooms in a secluded nature setting. We spent our anniversary weekend here and it is great for a romantic getaway. Breakfast is delicious with homemade syrups. Comfortable hot tub, balcony with nice views of the lake. read more

This place is outstanding!!! Surrounded by acres of serene woods and a beautiful lake. Bob and Terry are beyond terrific hosts. The breakfast was delish and more than we could eat. Short drives to several golf courses, a Mennonite store, several antique shops, a few quaint little towns to visit. About 35 minutes from Frankenmuth if you.want to drive there for a few hours. Nature trails are everywhere. If you want to get away, this is the place. No amenity is missing and the rooms are pristine. Once you stay here no other B&B will do. read more

Bob and Theresa were wonderful host, they make you feel more like family or friends just coming for a visit. This is a beautiful log cabin, down a long private driveway. Very beautiful and peaceful, I was in awe of the surroundings, from the deer and other wildlife, the birds flying over the lake. You would love the nature trails on the property holding hands with your loved one. The rooms had free wifi, a jetted tub,shower, cable tv, but that was not the best part of the rooms. The best part was to view from the balcony in the loft area. In the morning I woke up to something delicious cooking in the kitchen. Therea is a wonderful chef, she asked if there was anything we did not eat so she can plan. I am looking forward of staying there again. read more
