They were nice enough to reimburse all minus $25 but I still do not think it is fair since I confirmed with the venue less than 3 days away from hiring. The email with the NO REFUNDS was not received until after the payment was made and was not away that the deposit would not be refunded and can only be rescheduled. I would've waited for the confirmation from Marbles if known. I have not used them before so this comment doesn't pertain to the quality of the characters. Communication turnaround was very quick with Characters IO.
