Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly. ​​

Have called Zytek twice now - once for repair over a year ago and again recently for replacement…read more Both times the response has been fast, and the price more than fair. Workmanship has been very high quality and they won't try to sell you what you don't need. They took care to protect my landscaping during the replacement and actually left my yard looking better than it did when they arrived. Even though my house is small, I couldn't believe how fast they had my roof done! Communication was excellent - no surprises at all. Every single person from the owner to the cleanup crew was kind, conscientious, polite, and grateful. My roof was not an insurance claim, if it matters (but they work with the insurance folks if it is). 10/10 would recommend.
