I started to whinge a bit and pleaded that I made a special trip to pick up this wine. The manager honored the sale price and I walked away a happy customer. Always a decent selection. I'll remain a faithful customer.

You probably won't even find staff that are experts. Sure, they're friendly young'uns who can show you where a particular product is shelved and maybe a bit about it, but that's about it. But what you will find is a good selection of liquor at very, very good prices. Since you can't buy liquor with your groceries in Canada, I always end up making separate trips, but since this is in the same parking lot as Superstore, it's essentially one trip. If I need to pick up some rum, vodka, basic beer or coolers, I almost always visit here.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable regarding the beers on tap, very quick to answer all questions. It's now became my go to place for beers. I love taking my growler back and choosing a new beer to try. I also like the fact you can buy fancy growlers (although I'm still sporting a liquor depot standard effort) In terms of wines and spirits, they have loads of choice. They do rotate stock quite a bit, which can be good (bringing in new items), and bad (many of my faves are gone). There is a howler/growler station with a convenient digital display. But honestly, good deals are few and far between, and most items are $2-$3 more expensive (at least) than other chain liquor stores.

Shortly after, I received a text my order was ready. Only thing missing was hours... wasn't sure when to pick up. It's 10-8 FYI. When you arrive, you call the number in the text message, and give them your name, order number, and have your ID ready to show someone through your car window. Someone comes out checks your ID through the window, and if you have a power tailgate or open your trunk they'll put it in your trunk for you! Seamless, painless... can't get any better than that! Can't wait to browse the aisles again & attend an event or two, but they are working hard to get images for their 9,000 SKUs up on the site. Stay healthy guys, we need this next level of customer service everywhere!

Like I think there must be a bylaw to have 1 liquor store per 20 people or something ridiculous because you can't drive down any main road in Leduc, without running into a liquor store at some point. Normally I like to go to Safeway, just because they offer Airmiles and have a good selection, but my new choice for a liquor store in Leduc is the Co-op liquor store. It's located west of the common on Deer Valley Drive in a little strip mall (complete with a nail salon; Leduc also has a lot of those). Co-op liquor store doesn't offer airmiles, but if you are a local co-op member you can give them your card number and you'll get back some money at the end of the year. I wouldn't say Co-op is super cheap for liquor, some of their selection is a bit pricey (depending on what you're looking at), but for the most part the prices are comparable to most other liquor stores out there. What I really like about Co-op is their selection. For Leduc they probably have the best liquor selection, and I can often find special or limited edition flavours here, moreso than at other liquor stores. On my last visit I picked up a bottle of cinnamon vanilla Baileys. Yum.They also have a good size selection of wines and a pretty large beer and cooler cooler. I also noticed, at the back of the wine section, there's a little wine cooler fridge that lets you sample wines by pushing a button. Most are about $1 per glass, so it's a good way to try before you buy. The other thing I like about Co-op is the staff. They're friendly and will ask if you need any help finding anything, but aren't stalking your every move and being super pushy...good thing. When I came here with my parents to buy some liquor my mom was talking to my dad about how cute the Santa boot wine holders on display were. Out of nowhere the cashier was like, "here you can have this one." So, that was kind of nice. I mean it was after Christmas, and I'm sure they were trying to get rid of the holders, but the cashier didn't have to give one to my mom for free. It was just a totally nice, and unexpected gesture. For the great selection, staff, and pretty reasonable prices I'll definitely be back to the Co-op Liquor store in Leduc.

Once you try Tsinandali (white wine), Saperavi,Khvanchkara and Kindzmarauli (red wines), you will understand why Georgia is considered one of the top producers of wine. Liquor International carries both Georgian wine produced for domestic consumption (in this case, the wine is the real deal) and wine produced specifically for purposes of export (this wine is cheaper and of lower quality). Make sure to ask the sales associate which is which, but basically the price tag tells the story. A bottle of real Georgian wine will cost about $50. Cheaper alternative created for export - around $25. If you are eager to try Georgian wine and there is none in stock, the sales person will write your name down, and call you when new stock arrives. P.S. For no apparent reason, Liquor Interntional accepts Canadian Tire money.

They're open 10 to 10, When I need a brew or wine, I will go there again.
