With a quick call, I was able to determine they were still open and had time to fit me in before close that day. Matt was the piercer and was friendly and professional. He answered any questions I had and made the experience easy in a comfortable atmosphere. I had my eye on a specific piece of jewelry for the piercing, which wasn't available, but I was shown several other titanium options to pick from and easily found one I liked. The piercing process was smooth and didn't hurt near as much as I thought it was going to. After the piercing, I was even shown a bit of the process to change the color of titanium piercings, which was neat to see. I reached out to Jordan and she knew I was nervous so we set up a consultation. She was very thorough and did not pressure me in any way. I decided to go with it and I have zero regrets. During the procedure, Jordan applied numbing ointment so I only felt a few "pokes" but other than that it was not very painful. The after care was very easy, my lips were swollen and sore that evening but I simply applied ice and took ibuprofen. For a couple of days they were definitely swollen but they eventually simmer down and appear so natural! To help get the best result, Jordan did my injections in two separate appointments about 2.5 weeks apart. I used a total of 1 syringe of product I now have sooo much fun playing with different lipsticks!
