Ryan and Michael provided us with excellent professional service! They were timely, efficient and went above and beyond- repairing dead bolts that had apparently not been installed properly. Michael demonstrated how the deadbolt didn't actually lock the door all the way!! A simple pocket knife could be used to slip the lock open. So he drilled the lock deeper so that the deadbolt would actually lock fully and not allow that to happen. They replaced 3 door locks and filled in 4 others. We called one day and the job was done the next day. And at a very reasonable price. Sam the Spark (their ninja warrior jr. helper) was awesome too as he provided them much needed assistance, with broom and dustpan in hand, making sure our floors were nice and clean at every door, and fetching tools upon request. These guys are top notch. Not only are they prompt and professional bu they have the tools to do it all from commercial to residential to automotive they can get the lock issue taken care of.
