He gave us price quotes for both solutions and we chose the comprehensive solution, which involved the installation of copper piping (see photo). Since it was very late in the day, we decided to schedule the work on a later date. Quintin sent us a formal job estimate later that evening. We approved the estimate, made the appointment, and Quintin returned to do the job efficiently and professionally. My water pressure was checked at 100 psi, which Tom told me was extremely high. We discussed having a water pressure regulator installed for $600. Two weeks later, Tom returned for another possible water leak in the hall bathroom toilet. Tom fixed that problem and checked my water pressure with a new water pressure gauge, and this time, my water pressure was at 70 psi. Tom was sincere and told me I didn't need the regulator installed. He could've told me it was still high and that he would have to install a regulator, and instead, he lost money but saved me money!
