I had one of the most terrible customer services experiences here imaginable…read more I ordered a beoplay A9 for £1699. Due to a change in personal financial circumstances, I sought to cancel the order a few days later. The shop refused to cancel the order. I was eventually left in the position of being offered a refund of slightly more than £500, with the rest (almost £1200) being a 'restocking fee'. The managing director, Mr Melville, dealt with the situation in an appalling way. He stated in emails to me that he had explained that the order was non-revocable when placed. He did not do so; his assertion that he did is factually incorrect. He also was very condescending in his response. Despite the fact that my personal circumstances had changed, in repeated emails he continued to refer to my initial enthusiasm for the A9. When a customer has indicated that they no longer want a product and (as I did) had proactively volunteered to pay a *reasonable* restocking fee, how does it assist to make comments like that? I asked him in my last call if he thought he was a decent businessman. He said he thought he was. You will need to draw your own conclusions, but I would have nothing further to do with this establishment. They have cheerfully deprived me of almost £1200.

I'm not sure about the free drinks the other reviewer mentioned, but this place definitely sells…read moremodern designs and electronics. I bought a wifi extender and a computer lap desk here, which were hard to find elsewhere in Ealing Broadway. I couldn't find a salesperson to explain the extenders to me, but the cashier rang me up quickly. Prices were on the higher side, but not ridiculous. Selection was fairly small, but larger than I expected.
