I have been a patron here for almost a year and recently has two pairs of jeans missing from my drop off load. I reported this to the worker whom advised me that lately other customers has the same complaint. Spoke with the owners wife Jeanine. Not at ALL customer friendly. She told me she checked the cameras and did not see my jeans at all. She then proceeded to imply that I was lying about the ordeal to get money for new pants. As if! To reconcile after I gave her a piece of my mind she offers $70 store credit for another drop off. NO THANKS JEANINE! Not a chance I'm willing to take. Bad business. read more

ATM on site if you don't have cash to replenish your laundry card. $4.65 max load size washer (perfect for comforters), $3.65 triple load size washer, and, $2.65 double load size washer. Dryers are $0.40 per 9 minutes. Soap and softeners available. They are way over-priced. Be sure to bring your own. read more

After using A Laundry Chute for six months on a very regular basis, I wanted to give an update. Everything positive is still true. I now do my own drop offs and pickups, and I don't understand the negative things being said about the staff. Everyone has been friendly to me, and have gone out of their way to be kind and helpful for me since I am new to that part of the service. It's the cleanest laundromat I've been in, which is important to me. The parking in the front isn't great, but there's a lot in the back with ample parking. The prices are posted clearly, they weigh your laundry when you come in and tell you what it will cost before you commit to the service. And having tried other laundry services I can guess what the difference is in the costs. They use Tide detergent, Downy fabric softener and Bounce dryer sheets. Other places use cheap, off brands for their wash and fold services, and they can charge less because of it. Honestly, there is a difference, and I'm happy that higher quality products are used. read more

Not a good place. Like someone else said, they are way overpriced. The older lady with short hair is very rude and shouldn't be working with customers. I'm guessing she's either the owner or related to the owner because there's no other way she can get away with this type of behavior. We brought in laundry to be washed/folded by them. She was working that day. Her face dropped when she saw our 3 bags of laundry and kept saying its alot of clothes. Remind me again where you work. This is a laundromat, is it not? You offer wash and fold service. After the 2nd or 3rd time of her saying we have alot of laundry I asked her if she wants to do it or not. We can bring it somewhere else where they dont complain. Finally she reluctantly took our clothing. Other times when I've asked her for detergent or change, she acts like I asked her for an unreasonable favor. If you dont like working there, quit. No one is forcing you to stay at a place you seem to hate so much. However, I did notice she's friendly with only a small group of people. I dont expect her to be super friendly with me, I simply want to be treated the way I treat the employees at a place. I'm paying alot of money for a service. At least say hi and thank you. The other one who is not friendly and actually quite rude is a younger woman with long dark hair. When you ask her a question, she gives rude answers. Dont ever ask her to remove clothing from a washer or dryer when all are full. She will give you a very rude response. But....this is your job. I just do not understand why people who are supposed to work with customers are so nasty. I would understand if I was rude first. I dont think anyone should have to accept being disrespected. But I am always polite. We now use the laundry room. They pick up and drop off your clothes to your door and do it with a smile. No matter how much laundry you have. read more

Clean and functional... the large washers are great for things like comforters. There's a large parking area in the back. You need to put money on a card to use the machines, it costs $2 for the card. The machine you use to get/re-load your card doesn't give change. I forgot detergent so I just bought some from the vending machine but it was overpriced so I recommend bringing your own. read more

This place is convenient and has saved some odd items of mine: a leather strapped backpack, sneakers, wine soaked comforters, hats, and countless other disgusting garments that I throw at them. I know people say the ladies working there are rude, but I've never really had a bad experience, never was treated disrespectfully and always got my stuff back clean and neatly folded. read more

I love this place. Quick with 3 machine sizes and great dryers laundry gets done much quicker. Clean. Great full service laundry as well. Lots of machines so I've not had to wait for a machine. It's convenient and has good hours. read more

It's my favorite place to do laundry. The staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly. There's am ATM in case you forget cash to reload your laundry card. I love that I don't have to worry about having coins to put in the machines. They keep the machines clean and in good functioning order. I highly recommend thus establishment. read more

Dropped off my clothes, got an attitude from this older lady working there. Got my clothes back damp, wrinkled, and with permanent oil stains on almost everything. Definitely not what I paid and tipped for. read more

The laundromat doesn't have a machine to make change into bills me thinking it was a coin-mat I bring change. I ask one of the ladies how do their machines work. She says with an attitude you need a card and points to the machine that makes the card. I get the card put money on it with the bills I had left in my wallet but since I have no more I need to change my coins into bills to insert them into my new laundry card. So I had dollar coins. This lady with an attitude says she can't take dollar coins because she can't get rid of them. So I say to her its money if you want me to I can take my clothes elsewhere. Eventually she changed it but told me she will not do so anymore. Honestly if you want to have a successful business don't treat the customers like crap. You want an electric laundry mat provide multiple options to recharge the card not just an ATM in the facility that charges fees. Try implementing debt and card card reloads and fire employees that don't respect customers. I will not recommend this laundry mat for due to its employees rudeness and to its ability to reload cards. read more

I go there very often to do my laundry because my apartment complex has their machines that don't work all the time. One employee is very nice and friendly to me but the other employee with the short brown hair wasn't. This morning I dropped off my clothes and gave them to her. She made a rude comment while she looked at my hamper and said, "Disgusting" in front of me. This is not how they should treat customers. read more

Honestly, I only go here because of convenience. There's the one woman that works there with the very short hair who is literally one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in a place of business. You could walk in there with the biggest smile on your face and the second she sees that you are bringing laundry, she rolls her eyes at you and has no problem showing how irritable and angry she is. So much attitude. I sort of snapped at her once because I couldn't understand how I am going there being nice, spending my money and being treated like crap. It's so unprofessional. If you hate your job so much don't take it out on other people that don't deserve it. My boyfriend started getting his wash and fold there too and he has also had nothing but negative things to say about this woman. The other employees are OK, their customer service is not the greatest either. I've worked in the service industry for years, and I know this just isn't right. Oh and my review about the washing machines and dryers is that they are pretty standard. Nothing much to say about them. No actual coins used here, like most laundromats now. The whole wash and fold experience was fairly new to me about a year ago when I tried them. I have been a loyal customer here and would not go any other place. First off the facility is the cleanest facility I have been to and the owners go above and beyond to make your experience pleasurable. The ease of using this coinless facility makes the process so much quicker. Their wash and fold employees take the utmost care with my laundry and follow all specified instructions given upon drop off. The staff is always willing to help ease the experience. I can say I will never go anywhere else. Most definitely try this place out and feel free to mention me as I am now known on a first name basis here with all employes/owners since it is my only go to laundry spot. read more

This place has h.e. laundry machines. They are nice and clean. They are open late. The CON that I have is that even when I am putting some of my colored clothes into the dryer, one of their employee takes out my white clothes out of the washer (that I couldn't get to because there wasn't any dryers available yet) without asking me. This doesn't make sense to me because even if they took that machine away for a new person to use, they would have to wait forever for a dryer since there were 3 people behind me waiting for a dryer. BUT the PRO to this is that when they are very busy, they will take out the clothes that are done so I won't have to wait forever for the owner of the clothes to take their clothes out of the washer/dryer...so, if you don't mind the employees taking out your laundry or if you can take out your laundry all in one shot then this is the place for you. I don't mind it too much because the employees there are friendly and mean well. read more
