Where is the zero button? I have been in contact with her since Jan trying to get my deposit back that she cashed in Nov. She constantly has a family emergency, or not in town, or at work can't text, or going through rough times living paycheck to paycheck. ...funny beings she went on a vacation. We had family pictures done in July . She was over an hour late to the shoot, which made my toddlers anxious and also the temperature were warmer. She said sneak peek pictures would be up in 7-10, well more like 3 weeks. Then to get the pictures on the jump drive as she states on the written contract took over three months. Would not recommend this Photographer. She missed the scheduled day for engagement pictures. Did not return calls or emails in a timely manner. Took full payment and was unable to take wedding pictures. 7 months since full payment was made and not refunded the money. Not only did you spoil the wedding day we had to last minute find another photographer. PLEASE RETURN THE PAYMENT THAT IS DUE AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON AT ALL. If I could give less than one star I would. Quite literally the worst "professional" business conduct I have ever experienced. To make an extremely long story short, Amanda took my money to be applied toward our final bill for wedding and engagement photography and then did not show for our engagement photos. She was very difficult to contact after taking my money; then after no-showing for engagement pictures and agreeing to refund our money after wasting our time, she had the audacity to drag out refunding our money over the course of 3 months. She was extremely rude and just a terrible "professional" all around. Do not recommend AM photography at all. She had the wrong date in her planner for our engagement session. Didn't answer us until hours later saying she had us down for the next day. She was wrong had all the texts saying when our pictures were. Then a 2 weeks before our wedding she texts saying she is having problems at home and she is unable to stay past a certain time we just asked for a refund and she said she already spent the money and would pay us a certain amount every 2 weeks. It is now almost 6 months after our wedding and we have only received 150 from her. She is very unprofessional and does not care about making things right with people. read more

Warning!!!!! Do not have Amanda Connell (delp) do your photos!!! I hired her to do my wedding photos June of 2017. My contract stated that I would get the drive by Sept 10th. I gave her till the end of October. During that time she gave every excuse known to mankind as to why they were not done. (Computer broke, going through a divorce, working overtime, etc...) once she said they were done, it took me another 3 weeks to get the photos. Not only did I catch her in a number of lies, she also was absolutely unprofessional and nasty to deal with. I finally got the usb drive about 5 days ago. The photos are horrible. It appears that she did little or no editing. Now I have to pay another photographer to edit. She also never gave me a photo release. She will not refund any of the money and now has forced me to take this to court. I sincerely don't want anyone else to ever go through something like this.
