Best pedi in Pell City. O have tried every single place. 30 yr nail tech so yes I'm picky but most are not properly trained and ruin your toenail beds. This place uses fresh oranges on you and it's amazing and they don't up charge you for bringing your OWN gel polish- most places charge $20 for gel even though it's mine, which is crazy. My sister and I popped in for pre-wedding mani-pedis last Thursday. The salon is clean and inviting and They have the best massage chairs! Jack and family are delightful & professional...they seem to really enjoy their profession and each other and have a gift for making their clients feel at ease! Thanks for giving these old gals a fun, relaxing pamper. I have very tender, painful feet causing me to dread the toe torture. But Jack was a magician! I wish I could take all 3 of you back to Az with me. Even though there are nail salons on every corner there, I have yet to find a place like A Nail Shop. read more

Worst place ever to do your eyebrows It was terrible I even have a picture. Let's begin that the person doing my eyebrows forgot her glove, I was very afraid ( Covid -19 ) She did the worst job ever on me. I told her to do arch eyebrows and she just destroyed my nice eyebrow and burn my skin. I have been go I g here since before then change of ownership. The new owners and workers are all family. The doc awesome work and treat everyone with respect. I have seen people get rude because they are booked and can't take a walk in it the time. I don't understand how the general public can be so rude. These people are open 7 days a week and most of their Saturday and Sunday customers have set appointments. We all gave busy schedules ,but people need to understand that appointments come first. read more

Terrible place to go the owners are extremely rude. The owners wife broke off my real nails and she stopped doing my nails in the middle of doing them because she didn't wanna fix a mistake she made. I tired to talk to owner about it her husband and he stopped in the middle of doing my nails as well. They don't value loyal customers or any customers. I will never give them my hard earned money again. I had to treat a patient at my Urgent Care for an infection in her toe because the instruments were dirty at the shop. Just all around Horrible people, Horrible service, poor quality work. Don't waste your money or your time. read more
