We all got full sets, and my niece and her friend were thrilled with theirs they couldn't wait to show them off to their classmates! I'll be honest I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to nail shapes or maintenance, so I've relied heavily on Ann (and Google) for guidance. My first set was actually done by the gentleman Ann works with, since she was doing my niece's and her friend's nails. The set looked great, but three days later I broke my left middle nail and it looked off. I popped back in, and Ann fixed it right away using dip powder at what I thought was a very low price! My sister and mom later confirmed she'd actually undercharged me compared to what they usually pay elsewhere. A week later, I was on a work trip and caught my right middle nail, snapping it clean off. When I got back into town, I stopped by again. Ann was with another customer, but she still found time to squeeze me in between steps -- sanitizing and re-gloving each time just to help me out (which honestly meant a lot, especially since I have anxiety about inconveniencing people). She fixed it perfectly, and those nails lasted another week and a half before I came in for a fill. After explaining that I wanted to go shorter and that I wasn't loving the acrylic feel, Ann listened and redid my entire set with dip powder instead they came out amazing. One thing I really appreciate about her is how honest and straightforward she is about maintenance. She always lets me know when I actually need a fill versus when I can wait a bit longer, which shows how much she cares about her clients rather than just making a sale. I also recently had a pedicure with her which was a bit nerve-wracking for me since I'm very particular about my feet but Ann made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step, checked in often, and made the experience surprisingly relaxing. I left super happy with how my toenails looked. If you're looking for someone who's kind, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing right by her clients, I can't recommend Ann enough. I'm so glad I stumbled in that day now I can't imagine going anywhere else!
