The young lady that helped me on the phone was super nice and answered my questions easily and respectfully (some places tend to be rude and dismissive. They have no desire to help nor answer questions) But once I got there a gentleman helped me out even though it was pretty busy, so I appreciate him making space for me. Super quick and super easy. Although UPS is a franchise is does not mean two stores will operate and be ran the same way. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the UPS staff. The employees greeted me and took care of my Spectrum return in a jiffy. I was in and out in no time. I ended up misplacing my receipt which contained the tracking info. I called the store to see if they could look up my tracking info. Not only was I provided with the tracking #, but I also received a confirmation # so that I could provide it to Spectrum should they need it.

The advertisement that was sent exceeded my expectations. My site was sent two vinyl posters, along with paper posters for the inside of the building. I was able to speak with a live person every time I had a question or concern. On the actual picture day, the photographer came with two assistants. We had Radah, who was amazing. Not only did she write down the image number for each child, but she also made sure each child smiled, had a clean face (she brought her own wipes), and she also assisted with training the third person, Debbie, as she was new to the team. I'm looking forward to receiving the pictures and getting the responses from the families.
