When I showed the attendant that the shirt was clearly not clean, she said they could do it again but "couldn't guarantee" (!) the stains would come out. I was so pissed at that point that I just took the shirt and to try some home remedies. Also had a couple of shirts dry cleaned. One came out nice. The other still had some smudges on the front. Not satisfied.
