She came back with the worse chopped cut I've ever seen ! They have no idea how to cut a dog's hair ! After paying $80 for it , my daughter came home with a dog that looked like a toddler cut her hair with children's scissors ! I would never recommend them to anyone ever !

She got scared and even scratched the groomer a little, but they stayed calm, patient, and never made us feel bad about it. They worked with Belly instead of against her, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making her as comfortable as possible. Considering it was her first grooming experience, I think they did a great job, and Belly came home looking adorable.
