Great prices, great service, great experience. One early morning on our way to work we were greeted with the delightful event of a broken garage door opener motor. We initially sought repair through our warranty company, who sent another local business that promptly overcharged us. We then sought our own company and received several quotes, most of which fell within the same range as the initial company. But then A Plus came to the rescue. Not only were they more affordable, but they were immediately available. Mohammed came out to my house the following day and diagnosed the problem. I initially opted to stick with a chain drive since it was cheaper, and he had to return after purchasing the unit. He was kind enough to call me from the store to tell me that belt drive openers were on sale for the same price as the chain belt, allowing me the option of a better product for the same price. If there was an extra star to give, he earned it. He returned the next afternoon and quickly installed the new opener, and he also advised that my rollers and bearings needed maintenance. I asked if he could perform the maintenance then and there, which he did. With the new motor and maintenance, our door was quieter than it's ever been in the 4 years we've been in this house.
