He was accurate in terms of when I would receive the results, even calling after hours to ensure I got the report and understood it. While I did like the person we hired for a home inspector, I would have had every confidence in Mr. Cisek's assessment being a fireman. In terms of price, he was far cheaper than other places I had called in town.

I have tried numerous times to reach them and left messages and emails but have yet to speak to anyone but a young lady who answers the phone (rarely) and left messages to contact me, to no avail. They found several important things: a reversed flange on a roof pipe that could have led to water damage, a reversed fan on a stove vent, boards nailed to the roof that the roofers used to stay up there while installing the shingles, etc. etc. etc. I was able to take the report to the construction company, which fixed all the problems. HDMK then came out and reinspected the fixes to make sure they were all done properly. The young inspector was professional and friendly. Booking the inspection was easy. Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job. They are a disaster and run from these people. Really lack of someone managing the roofing replacement process and no one listens. When they make mistakes it is everyone's problem, but theirs.
