It's clear that he knows what he's doing. He is also meticulous, paying attention to the details and carefully recording everything -- exactly what you want in a building inspector. At the end, you get a very thorough report, with pictures and notes that you can use to help you plan current or future projects. Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job. They are a disaster and run from these people. Really lack of someone managing the roofing replacement process and no one listens. When they make mistakes it is everyone's problem, but theirs.
