PLEASE READ!! This store does NOT go by UPS Shipping cost. Never shipped anything over night or second day from this store!! Saturday I had to send a cell phone to my daughter from Friendswood, TX to Steamboat Springs, Co. overnight. I was told the cost would be $180. I was so surprised of the cost. Then I was told UPS does not deliver on Sunday and would be delivered on Monday. That's 2 days! I paid and had the phone shipped. Monday, I called another UPS store in Pearland and had them quote shipping a cell phone to Colorado, I was quoted over night $140, second day $56. I was over charged, and was told they would not refund the over charge!! Please, before you go to this store, shop around! read more

Customer service could be better. Waiting 10 min while the notary explains CBD to another customer is unprofessional and a waste of people time, why have two people in the store if only one person knows the details to products. She could have done the notary service and went back to explaining what that product was. they always take forever here anyway idk why I bother coming back. read more

I went to this store the other day to get a document notarized and shipped in an envelope I brought with me. When I walked in I was immediately uncomfortable both because of the heavily perfumed smell that permeates the place but also because there were 6 employees in the store, not one of which even attempted to practice social distancing or was wearing a mask. I'm not sure whether this is some kind of protest or what their reasoning is but this seems crazy reckless and they clearly do not care about the health or safety of their patrons. There are other local, reasonably priced options for the services they provide and I will not be back. read more

This is by far one of the most adorable and fun stores I've ever had the pleasure of entering. It's a postal/shipment store... but it's also a little boutique! They have clothing, shoes, jewelry, CBD products, and other fun little treasures. Through the entire month of December, they have complimentary buttery nipple shots, which are exceedingly delicious. The employees here are top notch; always so friendly and helpful, and not at all in that fake customer service annoying way. You can tell they have as much fun working there as we customers do shopping there. Forget the post office and its lines of moronic patrons! I love so much that I can come here instead. read more

Went to use this shipping store since it was the closest UPS and Fedex shipping store close to my house. Had a prepaid, preprinted label for a equipment return to a cable company and was told to drop and they would do the rest. Now I have done this before at other shipping stores before the same way without any questions. When I brought the equipment in, the girl at the counter refused to take my equipment unless I bought a box from them. I explained that I have never been asked anywhere else ever to do that. She still said she wouldn't take it. So I left and went to another UPS store and shipped no questions asked and never had to buy anything. So my advice is never use this store for shipping. I dropped off a package to be mailed USPS Priority May 18th and it still isn't at the destination. The tracking says the label was created and USPS is waiting on the item. I've talked to the destination and the post offices involved and none of them have received the package and state that the label can be created but until the package is delivered to them they cannot scan it in and track it. I even had other patrons at the post office say they too have had issues with this store when sending things out. I called once and never heard back, called again and was told it's the post office I need to talk to and have gone back and forth with A Plus Pack and Ship who refuse to take responsibility for the fact that there is no proof the package left their hands and made it to the post office. I've spent quite a bit of money in their store and this expensive lost package is the reason they will no longer get my money until they make it right. I figured a review was better than the days/weeks of going back and forth,l with them when I'm out a lot of money over this whole thing. read more

We have used this store a few times to ship for us. Yesterday we brought a a package in our own box that only needed to have paper placed inside to hold it in place and a label.. It was not a large package and contained a UPS for my MAC. We were charged $40 for shipping via UPS. We should have walked away but didn't and paid it thinking shipping prices have really gone up. My husband called UPS this morning, told them what we had shipped, the dimensions and where it was going and we were told we should only have been charged $20. I could understand an upcharge for packing and even making the label but not almost double. We will never do business with this business again and will take all of our shipping directly to the UPS store in Pearland. read more

There was a promotional event for the store right outside the shop under a tent for 4/20. Employees were handing out "door prizes" that included a one hit stick filled with their supposed "sour space candy" bud and 25 mg delta 8 gummies. So I take these products home and smoke the "one hitter" which turned out to be more like 8-10 hits and eat one gummy. I don't feel anything for about 45 mins until it hit me. I had the worst paranoia, anxiety, heart palpitations and my heart was beating a million miles a minute. So I research a little about some of the symptoms and it turns out synthetic weed provides these very same life-threatening side effects. It could be possible that this store was giving out synthetic weed to make customers have a false and better view of their products' potency and bring back more customers. Be very weary of this shop. Free CBD just doesn't do that to a person. It was something else. read more
