No response to multiple calls to his cell and to the office since then. No call no show. Very unprofessional. Internet says the business is not closed. If you close or decide to drop a customer for some reason (can't i.agine why.. everything was great last yeat) they should be informed in some way rather than ghosting and leaving someone stuck and without snow removal services.
