She definitely rushed it, and didn't really care if I came back, or at least it seemed. Prior to this I had the same barber for nearly a decade, so I'm very loyal when treated right but I just felt like a number, got me in and out under 15 minutes and had no emotion or personality about her. I should've requested one of the male barbers but she was the only free one when I walked in and I didn't want to be rude or doubt her ability. Now looking for another local barber to fix my hair before I go to work tonight. What a shame, and definitely won't be back. Being in the service industry, I know the importance of showing people that you want them to come back and giving them a reason to with good personality and good service but they completely missed the mark in every department. Hopefully the next barber I go to can do better.

The sides are buzzed and choppy, the back is severely uneven and the whole cut overall is one of the worse I've ever seen "professionally" done. She was charging the other guys in the shop 15.00 and I guess my son was worth 20 cause thats what we paid plus tip. We showed her an example photo to go off of and if she couldn't do it then she should have stated so. Not use my child as a test dummy. I am appalled that my son was ever allowed to walk out of YOUR business looking like this and you should be ashamed to allow other people to see this kind of work. Don't worry about my son and I ever coming back to this establishment. Below is what was expected (or at least close) and what we actually got.
