After agreeing to a fixed price quote with no mention of prices being subject to change, of which we still owed him $217.23, he attempted to extort us for $600 of which we did not agree to pay. He never communicated to us that he was not going to finish the job and left a pile of concrete debris in our backyard and the project unfinished. We are now having to pay an additional $3,000 for another contractor to come in and demo the border that he installed incorrectly, remove the debris, and complete the job.
