I ordered a garden gate, when I put it up my wife notice the arch made of arrows one was to short. I called the company and sent them photos of the gate. They said, they would refund my $1,000 or close to it. They did not want the gate back. I said , I need a driveway gate. Could you send me a quote. They took $300 hundred off for the mistake of the first gate. So I lost out on a $1,000. Would have been happy with $800. Customer Service is very poor. Please find a different metal company. I promise you will be very disappointed if you use them. read more

I am very surprised with some of the low reviews. I ordered a 36 inch arched courtyard gate with decorative splines. I had attempted to purchase/fabricate a gate locally, but no luck. fabrication costs were over $2,000. A rustic garden gate was around $500. We love the gate. It looks amazing for our block and paver courtyard. Customer service was thorough and friendly. The only hic-up was the "gate only" description. I expected a a gate with out any swing tabs or locking hasps. Those items were welded in place. I called and they shipped the needed parts to install the gate. I received them in about 3 days. The only down side was that I had previously purchased my own hardware for $28 and only used a few pieces. Although, the finished product is a hybrid of my hardware and theirs, I think it works better for my project. The gate is centered perfectly in my court yard entry. I believe the people at "A Rustic Garden" are honest and trying to do the right thing. I would definitely order from them again. read more

Don't waste your time and money. Total "bait and switch" company with poor customer service. I placed an order for a "wrought iron" trellis that cost over $600. On their website, they claim they sell "historic wrought iron" and the images of the products appear to have the squared edges expected with true wrought iron. But what I was sent was hollow and thin, cheap milled steel. Not even close to wrought iron. But it certainly was rusty, inside and out. Beware as milled steel may not be up to building code in your area, as in mine, milled steel is not to be used in an exterior setting unless the seams are welded closed, to prevent rust. Again this piece came pre-rusted, inside and out, which would have been fine with actual wrought iron. It will fail in an outdoor space very quickly. It's the quality I expect from temu or wayfair for the $100-150 range. It was a big time waste for me, especially with their poor customer service. Their policy is if you are unhappy, you the consumer pay the return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Utterly criminal. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from this company. The arbor we purchased was made in Mexico, modified, and spray painted over rusty metal and shipped to us. It also took 3 months to receive this "custom" piece. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about the "quality" of product we were purchasing. We thought we were getting a quality, American made product and that was not the case. The only thing offered to make it right was to return it and eating the cost of return shipping. Very dishonest and misleading website and company. Would not recommend. read more

Poor customer service, lack of support and follow-up in tracking merchandise purchased. Placed order for "in stock" item on 4/19/21, received no information as far as order status, shipping, etc. After 2 weeks I reached out via email for status. Took 3 days to get a response, then only received a cryptic reply saying order had shipped with expected delivery date of the following Tuesday (2 business days). Two weeks later, still have not received my item. Due to poor customer service I will work with my credit card company to obtain a refund, as I don't want to waste any more time/effort trying to track down information. read more

Rating 0. I purchased the Curl Drape Arbor - its listed as heavy duty and cost $1000. Its a piece of junk. It took 3 months because their "craftsmen" were working on it. A 10mph wind will blow it over. The pictures are deceiving. The intricate basket weave work is shoddy, bent, and not square. I agree with a previous review that this was probably made elsewhere by who knows who. I was really disappointed and this was a gift from my family. Its so bad I dont know if I'm even going to display it. I hate the fact that I was taken. Buyer BEWARE read more

They got the best solution for a "dog run" fence and best bang for the buck. Their fencing is wrought iron and steel, sold in sections, has many gate options, and you can do-it-yourself. Garrett the owner and head of operations is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy to work with. He'll custom weld you what you need, design a fence, and provide you a great estimate ASAP. read more

I do want to note before going further that the product was beautiful, this rating is based on the poor customer service I recieved when there was an issue with my order. I was ordering lanterns for my wedding and had no problem receiving the first lantern, however I did not receive the second package. When I contacted them to let them know it didn't arrive they sent a new package without issue. Then when this order didn't arrive I contacted them once more to try and resolve what the issue may be. I was then left an angry voicemail from an employee stating they weren't sending anymore free lanterns. Reluctantly I found out the third package was sent to my local post office. I then wanted to call back to let them know I did recieve the package and get clarificatIon as to what address I should put for future orders. When on the phone I felt like I was being verbally accosted and the employee even insinuating that I was lying and stealing the lanterns! She was totally rude and consistently interrupted me. It ended being an issue that they assumed my shipping and billing addrss were the same and shipped to the billing.....which was totally wrong. Then they stated they did contact me before telling me that they could not send to a P.O. box, which I then told them I never recieved. I asked them to forward this email to me, but they never sent it. This P.O. box issue was also never detailed on their website. Long story, but good customer service does matter! We ended up taking our business to another company providing similar lanterns. read more

I ordered an iron gazebo - it arrived in great condition and was even more beautiful in person than on the website. They accurately described it as easy to assemble - and they were right. We've received so many compliments on it since adding it to our yard. We've now ordered some fencing and are really looking forward to it arriving.
