Fast forward to today, we had six dwarf palm trees that didn't survive this winter and so we had to remove them. I called Elbert, remembering we had used him before, and he came out the next day and gave us a reasonable estimate. The following day, his guys were here at 8:30 doing their thing. We've dealt with mom and pop lawn care guys as well as high end landscape design companies who ignored phone calls and emails after a few service visits. No reason given. Just disappeared. This is not only unprofessional; it's weird. If you're busy and can't make a scheduled visit or have some other issue, most customers will understand, but no communication is just unacceptable.
