I sent him a 1-page form to complete so that a charitable organization would be able to cover the costs (I had discussed the form with him on our call). I never heard back from him and attempted to contact him by both email and phone with no response. I would have been much better off had I never reached out as this was a significant loss of time. My family member is now still in dire need of handyman support and is at risk of physical injury until she receives it.

Their estimate was very detailed oriented and the warranty was in writing. They were my first choice. Second step was to look at their digital footprint and read their reviews. I wasn't finding much about them. Normally, I would have moved on to the next estimate. However, I was so impressed with JP and with their estimate I called them up and told them they needed to prove to me they're a legitimate company. Having lived in Florida, I've seen my fair share of fly by night companies. They provided me all the documentation I asked for and even provided me with convincing documents that I hadn't considered. You might say I ran them through the ringer. From the time I requested proof to the time I received it, was merely minutes. I had received proof of insurance, followed that up by actually calling their insurance company for verification. I received their Better Business Bereau rating, Owen's Corning documents showing they were certified with them. I know I can be anal, but being retired military, I've learned to think worst case scenarios. I was satisfied with their credentials. They showed up the morning they said they would but I of course thought maybe 9 or 10 am, they were here 7 or 730. They replaced my roof, fixed my sagging rafters, replaced the worn out and damaged plywood, installed ridge vents, and did it all in a day. They did an amazing job to include clean-up. It's been a week and I only found 1 nail. They did everything they said they would, put every bit of it in writing and provided me with yhe detailed warranty. When the date in January came around, the temperature outside was in the single digits. We automatically assumed Dennis would not start work, and with good reason since it was so cold. Imagine our shock when the crew showed up to work, just as promised. They worked for several days in the freezing weather and did a fantastic job!
