I ordered an AC Schnitzer muffler with mid-pipes on May 17, 2025 and was told "it will ship next…read moreweek from Germany" for months. After waiting more than 3 months, I finally filed a dispute with my bank. The rep then said the parts were in stock and that he'd send me a tracking number if I canceled the dispute. I trusted him and canceled it, which meant I lost the ability to dispute the payment again. After that, I found out the mid-pipe had been sold to someone else, apparently the last one ever made. The rep suggested I buy mid-pipes separately so they'd arrive around the same time. I ordered from ARM Motorsport and they arrived in 4 days. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting indefinitely for everything else from AC Schnitzer. I also ordered the rear diffuser on September 18, and every week I hear the same thing: "Germany said it will ship at the end of next week." I guess not for me. It's now October 28, 2025. I've paid $11,800 and still have nothing. I really hope it ends up being worth the wait, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I was told my inquiry was forwarded to an affiliate who dealt with the military and would be able to assist me. I took this as I should wait for a response since none of the organization's contact information was in the email. However, after waiting 4 days for a response I reached out to this organization and I get asked for my VIN, which I had already provided to the main company. I never get a response back on the questions I asked. I call AC Schnitzer and ask my questions again and I am told that I will get a call back. I never get a call back. I also sent an email but to no avail. My questions involved the price, acceptance of a VAT relief form, and arranging for a time/place to complete the transaction if the price is right. I don't know why there was a lack of simple communication over a software modification that doesn't take more than a few minutes to install. If you don't want to waste your time I'd steer clear.
