The students split up with some making pasta and the others preparing the ingredients for the fried pizza dough with fresh tomatoes, the meat sauce for the pasta and the tiramisu. The quality was first rate. The small restaurant was maxed out with our 25, but we never felt crowded. If you need an evening event with your group you should definitely have it here. The walls were filled with artwork provided by all the different collegiate groups that come here. Our students loved it!

We made tiramisu and two kinds of pasta - fettuccine and ravioli stuffed w ricotta. We also made a tomato sauce for the ravioli. Best part - we could eat it after! And a source it apron and chef's hat! The teacher is clear and explains the steps. Most recipes had few ingredients but really fresh and delicious. Matteo is a great teacher.

Bringing home the learned skills and being able to reproduce them has brought a lot of pleasure. Being in lockdown, I did the online class for Neapolitan Pizza. Not surprisingly, it was excellent and the pizza turned out fantastic. Highly recommended especially in these trying times.

While being in Rome it's a lot of fun learning all kind of cooking skills from them. Who would have thought I would be able to make macaroons from scratch, which look good and are delicious at the same time. Julia is a real pasta master and Chef Pino knows everything you can imagine about food and cooking-techniques which makes him a sublime food artist.
