Corey came out and was on time (that's a huge plus in my opinion) gave us what I considered a competitive bid for the work involved and told me Kenny would be out on the following Wednesday to do the work. The price was good and timing for job start to finish was acceptable. The job was scheduled for several weeks out but once the start date arrived he informed me that a previous bid on another job had come through. So, he would have to work both jobs simultaneously. This was ok since there was no rush for completion. All went relatively smooth until I found dust residue from sanding in the bathroom ALL OVER the house. Evidently, he had failed to close the bathroom door or cover anything in the bathroom, plus the A/C was running and that alone helped move dust EVERYWHERE. I sent him a text with a pic of the bathroom mirror and complained about dust all over the counter top. He said he forgot to cover the mirror and had his wife come to the house to dust. OK. I since that job sent Greg a text to inquire about tiling my floor and he has never responded. That is not professional in my opinion. At the very least, a pro would at the very least, respond with a courtesy yes, no or not interested. So, I'll find someone else to deal with the floor tiles. But, I will say this. The shower tile job Greg tackled and completed was exceptional. Very pleased with the results, just not his failure to prevent a mess and communicate.
