They arrived promptly as scheduled, with a confirmation e-mail the day before the appointment and a text the morning of. I really liked and appreciated that. We have used Victor for 12 years when he was at another company until they closed. We followed him. He is a man of great integrity and hard working values. This is an EXCELLENT company! They got me scheduled to clean my carpets in two days. They are very PUNCTUAL, even called to make sure it was ok to show-up 15 min early. Juan and Victor are PROFESSIONALS, in manner and appearance (no sagging pants). They worked QUICKLY, and were RESPECTFUL and CONSIDERATE. My carpets look new. They got out 8 yr old stains. I was referred to this company by several people and I had to tell some more.. they are my go to people when i have dirty carpets. they fixed and repaired a spot were my dog tore up, stretched the wrinkles out of my livingroom carpet and dyed a bleach spot were i spilled bleach doing laundry two years ago!!
