I couldn't use my regular plumber because they were booked ten days out. When I called Rhino, they were able to work me in quickly. I spoke on the phone with the Rhino Plumbing's owner Ryan. Ryan is well organized, communicates very clearly, and really listens. He evaluated what I needed and gave me an estimate for having the work done. The Rhino plumber who came out (Randy?) was prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was also courteous. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the result. I have had no additional problems with that situation. As I mentioned, this is a newer business in Battle Creek. Give em a try. I'm glad I did. I think you will be too

The day they were supposed to be here, got a call 15 minutes before my appointment & they canceled due to a "kid emergency". Rearranged my schedule to be available first thing the next morning. Gentleman showed up, snapped a couple of pictures of my basement, no measurements or anything. Said I'd have a quote by the end of the day. Never heard back. Next afternoon, I Called as to the quote status & was formed by another employee " i'm not Ryan and don't know what his plans are, but he'll get to you eventually". And that "he'll get to it eventually, it's only been a day". I'm still waiting! I have 3 days invested into this company & nothing. If you don't want business, don't promise what you're not gonna deliver. Called a competitor, got a quote over the phone and next day installation (lower than quote too!!!). Will never recommend Rhinos, but sure will recommend the competition!!

Memorial Day, 9:30 AM. Hubby finds we have a leak in our plumbing, it has been leaking for…read moreprobably a day. My husband shuts off the water. I proceeded looking for plumbers. I called our son in law to see if he knew of one, "DC Plumbing, they're real good!" I called and sent an email. Panicking, I looked for more emergency service plumbers. I called a total of 5, one actually answered the phone. I received a quote,, it was 10:45 now and I was quoted late afternoon early evening. I said I would call them back if I had no luck finding someone else. I checked my email and there was a response from DC Plumbing. The owner was very apologetic that he couldn't get out to our home that day, but he could come first thing the next day. At that point, it was good enough, so we waited. I am so glad we did. We saved money by not using an emergency service, and his workers were here right when he said they would be. They were in and out in roughly 10 minutes and did a wonderful job. The owner was extremely thorough, I sent pictures of the leak to help (as asked). Promptness responding as well as service by great employees! Hard to find these days for sure. I have already sent their information to a few friends. I wouldn't call anyone else. By the way, the other 24 hour service plumbers, never responded back until the next morning, except for one, I never heard from them.

I didn't need. Shaun talked to me about what furnace was really most efficient for the size of our home and where we could get more bang for our buck on things like proper duct routing vs a more expensive unit, where we could probably benefit from more insulation and why some of the pricier things we were initially looking at weren't really necessary. Him and his crew went the extra mile on the install making sure everything was set up properly, and even stopped by after leaving one day just to make sure everything was tightened up properly. It's been a couple years since we've had the furnace and air conditioner installed and we haven't had a single issue, and we were delighted to see our power bill go down and our comfort level to go up as a result!
