I specifically told Robert Torres that I wanted the spiral staircase to be either brown or white. Instead, he ordered a silver staircase with a basic black plastic/PVC railing that does not match the staircase or the rest of the project. Although I was dissatisfied with these issues, I paid the final invoice in full because Robert had agreed to help me obtain a replacement railing and address the rust-stained concrete around the staircase. He initially responded to my messages, but after receiving payment, communication gradually stopped. My later messages and phone calls went unanswered, and these concerns were never resolved. I regret paying the final balance before everything was addressed. Robert initially seemed genuine and willing to make things right, which made the lack of follow-through especially disappointing.
