Yes, they also have quilting fabric, notions and sewing classes, but their bread and butter is sewing machines. I'm giving them a neutral rating because we left the highway to find this place and learned that the hours published on the website do not match the hours posted on a piece of paper in the window. So I have finally learned that it is best to call ahead (for this place, or any quilt shop, for that matter) to be sure the place will really be open when they say it will be. But hey, we ended up visiting Lincoln's Tomb in Oak Ridge Cemetery, so the diversion was not a total waste of time.

The owner Lenny will bend over backwards to accommodate people with reprints, or redesigns even when they are in the wrong. However, some people come in there just for a free design service with no idea of what they want, all they know is whatever you come up with, won't be what they had in mind and get all bent out of shape with you not reading their minds! Or they come in with some crappy image they found on line about 10k in size and want a banner made out of it. Perhaps some of the customers would be better served by looking on Youtube or something to see what goes on in the design process instead of bitching about wanting a six color process and wanting to pay for one.

I gave them a call and left a message regarding my dilemma, a short timeline. Rusty called back and gave me suggestions for what he can get to me before the date I needed it. I ended up picking slate coasters that had our logo laser etched on it. He did such a great job that when I showed my other organizers, they wanted some for themselves. We ended up ordering more!
