I actually came for finger printing for my new job, and this was the fastest I have ever had it done. The service I received was quick, and the person I interacted with was friendly and explained other services they offer there as well. I'm looking forward to returning to use it as a mailing/shipping center, and they sold some other knick knacks there as well.

It's definitely the nicest UPS store I've been to. They have self-serve kiosks to the left as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and clearly very excited to have a customer! They asked how I knew they were even open so I'm guessing business has been slow so far. I have no doubt things will pick up quickly though. I also learned that the same owners of this UPS location also own the one in the Rotunda which is where I normally go, but this new spot is a convenient location if/when I'm heading south. My GPS was trying to have me make a weird U turn to get here but it's on the corner of Eastern Ave and President St so I just turned onto Eastern and the store was right there in the bottom level of the Avalon. Street parking can be pretty limited in this area but on this particular day I didn't find it hard to grab a spot.

There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. Went inside and was greeted immediately by a female rep. I immediately can see what I was looking for, which was a small packing box for a wine tumbler. I really didn't look around, but would definitely utilize this little place of heaven to ship items or purchase packing items. Support your local small stores.
