The pedicure was 45$ for French and she only did one coat of white, and she didn't smooth out the line at all. The lines on the big toes are wavy and bumpy. The manicure was done hastily and without attention to detail. She didn't care or notice the big thick globs of the nail polish. Also she didn't put the polish all the way to the sides. She was very meticulous when adding color to each layer of hair and her attention to the smallest details was phenomenal. For reference, I have very dark Asian hair so Joanne spent hours ensuring it got as light as I wanted. This was the first time I have gotten so many highlights and I walked out of the salon with a brand new look that I absolutely love and thank Joanne for working with me to get the exact style I wanted. As someone who visits from Seattle, I plan on going back to the Third Floor every time I am in the valley for anything from a cut to more color.
