All fine but when i saw how much she was cutting off and told her once again that it was too short she told me dont worry it will look great. The hairdresser pulled at my hair and (considering i have long hair till my lower back and it would get a lot of tangles) totally disregarded my discomfort. When i was finished my hair was till my shoulder blades (a hand span was cut off) and cut in a V shape. Totally not what i wanted. The thing that irked me the most was that they would not listen to how i wanted my hair cut but assumed they knew best.

Be aware of this one, they will charge you extra on top of extremely high prices. Also the owners disrespect customers and just leave you waiting to pay at the desk. They scream at you, ignore you. If you want to be treated right, and not pay €80 for a refill of a simple acrylic set or BIAB, avoid!

You get a cappuccino (or whatever you please) while waiting. The place is stylish, clean and smells good. Staff is very polite and professional. I always get great results here.
