Along with his quote, he provided a professional drawing and plan for my yard. This showed me that deliberate care was taken to understand what was discussed and that the best planting's were chosen to meet the growing conditions, use and desired level of maintenance. His crew did a brilliant job installing every item and took great care with all of the details. Their rep was immediately hostile and said she did not have any order under my name or the recipient's name. She spoke as if it was my fault she could not find the order. She eventually found it. The picture shows what was provided on pickup. These are obviously grocery store flowers. They had no smell and generally looked cheap. Maybe this is personal preference, but the colors clash really badly. The hydrangeas look like their stems were stuck in dye to make them this shade of blue. For $75, this is incredibly disappointing - especially when I could have gone to a different florist and received a florist-quality bouquet.
