That said - I'm not in a hurry to buy. I came here to drive a Ford Edge. I was aware that there was some minor scratches, etc on the vehicle from the pictures. I called ahead to ensure the car would be there and they advised it would. It was when I got there which was a good sign. Hubby and I wanted to take it for a test drive, the sales person rides with you. Not my preference but I understand it. Upon driving the car it was obvious something was wrong with it. It didn't drive well and there was definitely some kind of problem. When we returned we talked to the sales person about it and asked if they were going to fix the car. Sales person basically said (paraphrased) "well we aren't going to put any money into the car unless someone is interested in buying it... we wholesale so we send these to dealerships if they aren't bought. Are you going to buy it?" HARD PASS. We left and I wouldn't go back. While I appreciate the honesty, when the car is driving like crap you should fix it before trying to sell it to a customer. That alone told me all I needed to know about their integrity.

Replaced axles which they said looked terrible, replaced the BCM AT $1700, and now going back because the check engine light is on AGAIN! Do not buy here, this place is a scam and fixes problems just enough to sell the car then says it's not their problem! My car is two months old and STILL not running right after over 3k in repairs!

I WANTED to like these guys, honestly...Although Mike and Steve seem very respectful to your…read moresituation, if the car you buy has problems like mine did, (like a check engine light right off the lot and a bad clutch slave cylinder in under 1k miles) they will basically tell you their hands are tied. The crap warranty they brag about from the get go won't cover anything but maybe a freak accident in which your engine explodes...and even then I'm not sure it would. They need to do more extensive inspections on the cars they sell, bottom line. I'm now $2k into a car I paid $7k for 2 months ago and I really have a bad feeling the bs isn't over. Wouldn't recommend!
