Had Andrew come to service the garage door almost 2 years ago. After 23 years, the top panel had…read morebegun to tear and the door couldn't handle the stresses of opening and closing. I took photos and rang/emailed a number of companies. From memory, it was over a long weekend, but I had no response from anyone for at least 3 days. Went back to the internet to find someone else and Andrew was one of the next 3 or 4 I tried. He called me within a couple of hours to give me a quote over the phone and we arranged a time a few days later. Andrew strengthened the door panel & the door has been fine ever since. A couple of other companies did get back to me over the next few days and their quotes were within $20 with one exception where they wanted an extra $200. About a month ago, the door wasn't closing properly. Andrew came around and did a bit of tweaking. At the time he said the motor was coming to the end of its life and the tweak would last anywhere from 2 week to 6 months. He was right on the money. 3 weeks later I had him back to replace the motor. Always he has been prompt in correspondence and I am unable to fault his work. I have no hesitation recommending him.
