Misdiagnosed the problem put in a part I didnt need ,didnt fix the proplem cost me over 400.00. like others who have left reviews, I wish I had of seen these before reaching out to Mike with Country Appliance. (this is my first review to leave for anyone) he shows up 30 minutes early to an appointment this saturday morning. he does not give a heads up that he is on the way and early. When I call him back after less than 5 minutes he has an attitude and says that I need to be flexible and he has already left for other jobs. I explain that me and the family are less than 3 minutes away and would head that way to which he replies he does not have time to come back and look at our dryer and that I needed to be there and more flexible. read more

The serviceman named Mike is as rude as I have ever seen. He came out to to fix my frig, he told me over the weekend to unplug it. then when he came out today, he got mad because it was unplugged and I have 4 small dogs that was greeting him, he didn't like that at all. so he started shaking his head, grabbed his bag and walked out my door and left. and didn't say a word. I tried multiply times to get call answered for a follow up contact at his shop to buy repair parts. He said he's on the road and would rather bill a service visit instead. Then he failed to reply when he would be at his shop another day to sell me the parts. Then the last time he answered his phone was at closing time and said he's late to supper and wouldn't return till the next week. Just buy your parts online and get better service and cheaper too. I rarely take time to leave reviews but I knew I had to warn people about this guy. Called him to repair my fridge - he said the Freon was low and that was the problem. He said "it's already cooling down substantially", charged me $200 and left. 4 hours later my fridge still isn't cold so I call him - no answer. I then use my sons phone to call - he answers after 1 ring. Seems like he was avoiding my call. I tell him my fridge still isn't working and he says "the Freon takes time ma'am". I explained to him that he said it was already cooling & it wasn't. So he replied with - "you've probably got b ghee problems with the coils then". I asked why he didn't check the coils before stating the only problem was Freon? He said that he didn't fix coils. He is a scam artist and will take your money without fixing a problem. Wish I had read some of these before I called this guy...Came out and firming charged $400 for a computer board in my rig. Said this was absolutely the problem...It wasn't....after 7 1/2 week, I was able to get him to commit to an appt...Night before the appt, I was told I would have to pay another service call charge for him come out. I disagreed since he didn't fix the problem the first time. His response," I am at a place in my career with my business that I don't need to argue with customers...I decline to help you." He is very disrespectful. I have used him three times because I am a firm believer in people having bad days. Time and time again he has disrespected me and my mother. The third time was the worst of all. I had a stove go out and he came over to fix it. He said it would cost $400 to fix. He told me he had a refurbished stove for me for $190. I didn't like that it was coiled top but it was cheap. The paint chipped off leaving brown rings everywhere after only having it for a day. It only came with one rack for the oven. The light went out on the third day of having it. And it shocked me. I told him it shocked me, his son came out and fixed the problem. Then he calls me and tells me I wasn't being shocked enough and that that wasn't his fault I was getting shocked. I also wanted to let him know that I just wanted him to fix the things that were broken that was it. Or even give me $100 back and he could have the stove back and I would get a new one some where else. He would not let me say that and hung up on me. Before he hung up he got mad because he had to call me at 7:30 at night. I told him that's not my fault and he could have called me all day and refused to do it sooner. He is a very mean and untrustworthy man. He told me I had a 30 day warrenty on that stove and wouldn't even pay the respect to come out and fix the things that were wrong with it. Honestly his son is very sweet and helpful but Mike is horrible at customer service and being a professional. I will never call or work with him again a day in my life and I hope you don't either. read more
