We were so greatful to find a contractor like LB who was willing to complete our projects in a reasonable amount of time for an affordable price. Other contractors had come to our house to give us a quote, which was much more than we could afford, or they just would not call us back after seeing what we wanted done. But thanks to LB and Jeremiah, both of our projects were completed. And even though drywall work creates a mess, they cleaned it up each day to lessen the final cleanup. We needed the laundry room drywalled and instead of just putting drywall on the ceiling under the venting system, LB decided to frame in a soffit around it. And it came out looking amazing! LB, the principle, was great! He's a great big, straight-talking teddy bear, former union boss Yankee from Michigan that explains everything and answers all your questions. I had him do two projects: put up about 30 feet of drywall, with insulation and some 2 x 4 repair, and a replaster job on two walls in an upstairs bedroom. He did it on time and within his bid limit. He covered everything and taped everything up for dust as well. He was on time when he said he'd be there (except once: he'd forgotten some supplies and so had to go back and get them; but he was at my house, on time, when he discovered that). He gave me finishing tips as well on painting and doing the primer coats. I will use him again as it is a big house and I'm sure I'll need his talents again; I highly recommend him!
