He goes on for awhile before I interject and tell him he's misunderstood. I get about 4 words in again and he does the same thing. Completely refuses to listen to a full sentence but is happy to rant manically about what he thinks the topic of discussion is. I respectfully tell him again that he's misunderstood me and I'm happy to explain briefly if he's willing to listen without interrupting. He said he's not interested. I find it hard to understand how he thinks he knows what I'm about to say when I got a total of less than 2 sentences in while he spoke for about 5 minutes of completely irrelevant info. If he was too busy or not interested he should've sent me to voicemail or politely explained without hatefully wasting my time.

Awful experience after the storm I had to use them for a second year in a row terrible…read morecommunication didn't replace damaged drip edge. I asked for an estimate to replace the drip edge. They quoted me for the spots on the drip edge. They wanted to replace so they still didn't replace all of the drip edge they replaced my gutters, left pieces of my gutters behind in the yard had to come back out and get it. They didn't sweep the yard with a magnet to clean up any of the nails and screws. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Took forever to responds to my emails.
