We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. Buyer beware!!!! Save your money and hire a pro. He is not a professional, and his work is shoddy. He also doesn't care about your project like he says he does. He will walk off the job at any point, and you never know if he's coming back. Well, he never finished our siding, and I paid $15,000 for an incomplete job. We will be suing him.
