They can usually do most work while you wait, and have a mechanic who is very competent and will be able to do most jobs on most cars. They have a mobile fitting service which is useful if you get a puncture. The waiting room is very basic with no coffee machine, but there's usually a mobile caterer just outside who does great bacon butties.
