They do not deserve one star. This company should not be in business. I called A1, Porta Johns in Speedwell TN, to have potty delivered and it was delivered dirty. It had less then a half roll of toilet paper and no blue chemical in the tank. The urinal was disconnected and would've gone out on the floor. The roof had no screws and every time a storm came through, We had to pick the roof up and put it back on. After they delivered it, I had to go out there with rubber gloves and clean it before, the men working on my house would even use it. After three weeks of me calling every day to come clean it, (them, with a different excuse every time), I finally told them to come and get it, and I went with another company. It has now been sitting here for an additional 20 days with me calling every day and they not answering phone calls. I have called the police and they said it was a civil matter. I now put a phone call in for Better Business Bureau and my next point of contact I guess will be EPA because this is a biohazard sitting in my driveway .. I called my bank to see if I could dispute the charges and they told me that they A1 had me on reoccurring patments, so I had to cancel my debit card and have them mail me a new.
