They do not deserve one star. This company should not be in business. I called A1, Porta Johns in Speedwell TN, to have potty delivered and it was delivered dirty. It had less then a half roll of toilet paper and no blue chemical in the tank. The urinal was disconnected and would've gone out on the floor. The roof had no screws and every time a storm came through, We had to pick the roof up and put it back on. After they delivered it, I had to go out there with rubber gloves and clean it before, the men working on my house would even use it. After three weeks of me calling every day to come clean it, (them, with a different excuse every time), I finally told them to come and get it, and I went with another company. It has now been sitting here for an additional 20 days with me calling every day and they not answering phone calls. I have called the police and they said it was a civil matter. I now put a phone call in for Better Business Bureau and my next point of contact I guess will be EPA because this is a biohazard sitting in my driveway .. I called my bank to see if I could dispute the charges and they told me that they A1 had me on reoccurring patments, so I had to cancel my debit card and have them mail me a new. We have been trying to get A1 Porta Johns to clean our porta john since end of November and was told they were looking for a driver and would try and have someone else come and clean it out. We called again in December and got the same answer this time it was full to the top. We are building a home and the workers do not have a bathroom. When I called in January she told me she still didn't have a driver and I told her that is not my problem we are paying for a service that were not getting. She told me she would bring me a clean porta john and would come pick the other one up when she got a driver. They delivered another one and it's full to the top now why because they still don't have a driver. I called again end of February and told the lady to just come and pick up both of the porta johns we are going with another company. They actually had the nerve to send me a bill. It is now March 19th, 2025 and we still have both porta johns at the house and now have become a hazardous waste situation. I have asked for a refund but will probably never see that. read more

HORRIBLE! We contracted a unit with Nationwide Waste who hired A1 to deliver a pot - mind you it was not delivered on the date it was supposed to - had to make several calls to get that rescheduled and to have our contract updated to the correct delivery date. Contract is for 28 days and CLEANING 1 TIME A WEEK. We have had the unit 3 weeks yesterday and has NEVER been cleaned. After days and days of phone calls and promises, as of today, Nationwide calls and says the "driver" says the unit is too far off the road to pump - there was NEVER a driver at my home today!! Tori at Nationwide said there was - well I have 4 cameras at my home that says differently - not to mention I was home today. No one ever rang a door bell or personally spoke to us at our home. Now, mind you, when they delivered the unit, the driver NEVER said, it was to far off the road to pump - well I can say that I probably can take less than 50 steps from the road to the pot - and that's too far???
